    Great fingernail replacement

    This is a great product for a very specific use. When cleaning a pan with a sponge or such it's sometimes necessary to scrape a bit of crusted food away and inevitably you give up and just scratch at it with your finger. This replaces that and does an excellent job. It's hard and sturdy but soft enough to not damage any pans.

    Great multi-use tool

    The pan scraper is great. I had an old plastic one that I not longer wanted to use since it's plastic and could scratch and leave bits of plastic when using it. epicurean pan scraper worked perfectly to remove dried on pie dough from my rolling pin. I originally got it to clean up pots & pans. I'm sure given time I will find other uses for it.

    no micro-plastic!

    I realized one day that I was scraping my cast iron with a plastic scraper and plastic was wearing off onto it! Yikes!
